I. Design Consultations
Just need some advice and inspiration? We can meet with you on an hourly basis.
Price Guide: Consultations - $150/first hour, then $75/hour, plus travel if outside central city
II. Garden Design, Planting Plan & Budget
Already had your hard landscaping done, but need help with the plants and layout? We can do a garden design to scale for the overall layout of your garden, together with a detailed planting plan. The planting plan comes with photos and a list of recommended plants, with individual unit costs and an overall budget estimate. We have lots of samples, and can bring them around for you to see how they work together on site.

III. Garden Design, Layout & Structure
Starting from scratch, or wanting to develop or change some of the hard landscaping in your garden? We will provide you with a garden design to scale for the overall layout of your garden, including areas and concepts for hard landscaping, specimen trees and structural planting.
IV. Garden Design, Hard Landscaping Concepts & Layout, & Planting Plan
Need to do the hard landscaping & plants? This is the works!We can do both, and undertake the work in 2 stages. We will provide you with a grand plan layout of your garden, including areas and concepts for hard landscaping, specimen trees and structural planting in the first stage. When the construction work for this stage has been completed, we will do a detailed planting plan. This is a combination of II & III above.
Price Guide: Garden Design, Hard Landscaping Concepts & Layout, and Planting Plan - $2,500
Please note: we would bill $1,500 on completion of the design & layout; and the balance of $1,000 on completion of the planting plan & plant budget. The combination includes a discount of $250.
V. Construction Details
Additional elevation and cross section drawings may be needed to price and build your hard landscaping; for example, for steps, low walls, customised planter boxes, fences up to 1.8m tall, pergolas, espalier wirework or trellis framing, stone features and paving surfaces. Such drawings would identify key materials, design details and dimensions, positions, and integration with other features and structures, and would always be finalised in conjunction with your chosen contractor.

VI. Plant Sourcing & Garden Supplies
We will do our best to find you the best value plants available (taking into account price, size & quality), sourced locally from the lower central North Island and specialist growers. We can also find you stylish pots to go with your plants, aswell as garden furniture, and other gardening items. We will arrange for delivery to your site.
Price Guide: 10% of supplies plus GST and deliveries
VII. Installation & Project Management
We install our gardens and manage contractors, if needed, to complete your project.
Price Guide: Project Management - $75/hour plus GST and travel Installation - $45/hour plus GST and travel
VIII. Follow Up
We like to check on all of our garden projects. The first check shortly after installation is free with our compliments. We then recommend regular checks in September & February while gardens are getting established.
